Therapy IN Texas & California

IT’S TIME TO INVEST IN YOU.

Seanna Crosbie, LCSW-S

Life isn’t what you expected.

Being here is a powerful first step to positive change.

If you're grappling with stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impact of past experiences, seeking therapy can help you feel better.

In therapy with me, you will be heard, understood, supported, and championed.

You’re in the right spot.

Seanna Crosbie, LCSW-S (She/Her)

My approach to therapy is a holistic blend of mind, heart and science.

With 25 years of experience, including as a former Clinical Director and C-Suite Executive, I am here for you.

In each session, I blend the power of compassion and evidence-based treatments while creating a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and healing. I will show up in your sessions in a way that is personable, relatable, and warm; yet I will offer gentle candor and provide feedback to you about patterns that may be impacting you. I will also suggest specific strategies to make change.

And, we can have a good laugh from time-to-time.

I have deep and extensive knowledge in providing therapy and training other clinicians. In addition to clinical leadership roles, I was the founder and chair of the Trauma-Informed Care Consortium of Central Texas as well as a field instructor at The University of Texas at Austin for over 15 yrs.

I am a Texan by birth, but grew up overseas as a third-cultured kid, and also lived across the U.S., including California and the Midwest. Living in various places informs my experience of culture and my worldview.

In my free time, I love travel, yoga, games (nerd alert), hiking, dogs, live music, and spending time with family and friends. I won the regional Knowledge Bowl in 5th grade, but have lost every single game of trivia since then.

I practice much of what I teach in therapy (always imperfectly). I’ve had my share of hard-knocks, including traumatic loss, but have found ways to create a meaningful, joy-filled life. And, I want to help you create this for yourself too.

I am LGBTQ+ allied, neurodiversity affirming, and HAES aligned.

HEre’s what I believe about therapy:

Therapy can be a life-changing place to learn, explore and evolve.

You can experience a process of profound learning, purposeful exploration, and continuous evolution. Together, we embark on a path that goes beyond addressing challenges; it's about discovering new perspectives, unlocking resilience, and fostering lasting positive change in your life.

The best investment you can make is in yourself.

Ultimately, recognizing and committing to your own growth is a powerful affirmation of self-worth and a key to unlocking your full potential.

Therapy doesn’t always have to be difficult…it can be a place to recapture peace and fulfillment.

Therapy can be a sanctuary for acknowledging and amplifying your moments of joy, fostering resilience, and laying the foundation for a more fulfilling life.
