Clinical Consultation Group
Growth as a Professional
“Between Sessions” Consultation Group
(Now Forming: Biweekly, Tuesdays @ 11:45 am)
Doing this work doesn’t have to feel so isolating…
In a field where we hold so much for others, it’s essential to have a space where we can be seen, supported, and thoughtfully challenged. This virtual consultation group is designed for therapists who want to deepen their clinical thinking, explore complex cases, and connect with others who are committed to ethical, reflective, and trauma-informed practice.
In our group, we’ll explore the “how” and “why” of therapy—not just the interventions, but the process. We’ll talk about the stuck spots, the doubts, the countertransference, and the moments that surprise us. The space is collaborative, confidential, and grounded in mutual respect. It’s for therapists who value nuance, professional growth, and community.
Participants often say they feel less alone, more grounded, and more confident in their clinical work after participating in group consultation. Whether you’re in private practice or a leadership role, this group can offer the clarity and support needed to do this work with integrity and intention.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be provided for select sessions that include formal presentations on clinical theory, diagnosis, or ethical practice. These CEU-eligible presentations are offered periodically as part of the consultation group experience and will be clearly noted in advance.
The group meets biweekly and is open to licensed therapists in Texas & California. Cost is $65 per session. Meeting are 1 hr 15 mins, virtual, with the opportunity of quarterly in-person meetings. To learn more or inquire about joining, contact me.

Guidance for fellow clinicians
Clinical Consultation & Supervision
As a seasoned therapist, I bring deep knowledge to fellow therapists seeking consultation. My areas of knowledge include: adults, kids, families; attachment theory, ACT, EFIT, IFS, ABFT, I-CBT, ERP, TF-CBT, CFTSI, family systems, parts work/family of origin and cultural exploration (whew, so many acronyms!).
As a former clinical director rooted in trauma-informed approaches, my consultations provide a supportive and open space for therapists working with children, adults, and families.
We all need help and guidance in this field, no matter how long we’ve been practicing!
I understand the nuanced challenges that arise in the therapeutic process and offer valuable insights, clinical feedback, and clarity to enhance your practice.
Whether you're navigating complex cases or seeking guidance on trauma-informed care, my goal is to collaborate with you in fostering professional growth and delivering impactful, client-centered interventions.
Together, we embark on a journey of shared knowledge and skill enhancement, ensuring the highest quality of care for the individuals and families you serve.
Endorsements
“Seanna’s approach to therapy is both insightful and incredibly supportive. She has a natural ability to put people at ease and create a safe space where real healing can happen. If you’re looking for a therapist who listens deeply and truly cares, Seanna is the person you want in your corner. As a fellow therapist who worked with Seanna several years ago, I would highly recommend her. During our time working at an agency together, I appreciated how she would kindly and gently ask me the hard questions to encourage my own path toward self-improvement..”
